Control System:

1. The temperature and humidity controller adopts high-precision digital display temperature and humidity controller, and the humidity is controlled by wet and dry bulb or directly controlled by high-precision dual digital display temperature and humidity controller.

2. Precision: 0.1, resolution: plus or minus 0.1 ℃.

3. Temperature sensor: PT100 platinum resistance tester.

4. Control mode: heat balance and temperature regulation.

5. The humidity control is coordinated with the channel by the P.I.D +S.S.R system.

6. With the function of automatic calculation, the temperature and humidity changing conditions can be corrected immediately to make the temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.

Box Material:

1. Perfect modeling design: arc modeling and surface spray treatment, high quality appearance.

2. The tank is made of advanced (SUS304) stainless steel.

3. The enclosure is processed and shaped by high-quality A3 steel plate CNC machine tool, with beautiful and elegant shape and plastic-sprayed surface.

4. The insulation material is high-density fiberglass cotton with a thickness of 100mm.

5. The observation window is made of multi-layer hollow tempered glass with internal lighting to clearly observe the test process.

6. The mixing system adopts long-axis fan motor and stainless steel multi-vane impeller resistant to high and low temperature, so as to achieve the vertical circulation of convection and diffusion.

7. Double-layer high-temperature-resistant sealing strip is adopted between the door and the box body to ensure the test area is closed. Non-reaction door handle is adopted for easier operation.

8. The test hole (to the left of the machine) can be externally connected to the test power line or signal line (the hole diameter or hole number shall be increased and shall be indicated).

9. The indoor sample rack and other accessories are made of SUS304 stainless steel, with reasonable design and durability.

10. The bottom of the constant temperature and humidity box adopts high quality stationary PU movable wheel for easy movement.

11. The control part of the equipment is designed on the right side of the equipment, with temperature and humidity controller, control switch, etc., which is easy to operate, simple and easy to maintain.


Heating And Humidifying System:

1. Far-infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire is adopted for heating.

2. High temperature and humid heat are completely independent systems without any influence on each other.

3. The external boiler steam humidifier has the function of energy saving and consumption reduction, with automatic water level compensation, water shortage alarm protection system.

4. Far infrared stainless steel high-speed heating (0.75kw 2) electric heat pipe is used for humidification.
